Service Agreement

By engaging GMX Cleaning Services, clients agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein, establishing a service agreement between the client and GMX Cleaning Services.

Booking and Confirmation

All cleaning appointments are subject to availability. Clients are encouraged to book in advance to secure their preferred dates and times. Confirmation of appointments will be provided by GMX Cleaning Services.

Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

GMX Cleaning Services is committed to client satisfaction. If a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, we encourage them to contact us within 24 hours, and we will strive to address and resolve the issue promptly.
